6. A construction work guarantor devoting in a reference period more hours to continuing education activities than the number required may carry forward a maximum of 4 surplus hours in order to satisfy the requirements for the subsequent reference period. Hours carried forward cannot, however, reduce the number of hours required to be devoted to continuing education activities imposed pursuant to section 11 for a subsequent reference period.
